Job title: Interim Finance Assistant
Duration - 3 - 6 months - possible extension
Hours - 21 - 35 hours a week - flexible on number of days
This is a newly created interim Finance Assistant role working for a National Charity. Reporting to the Finance Manger, you'll be responsible for processing all of the Accounts Payable invoices.
You'll be required to match, batch and code 30 + invoices a week, and raise relevant PO numbers as well. In addition you will look after the finance inbox and handling all queries from suppliers. You'll be required complete weekly BACS & CHAPS payment runs, and assist with some month end reconciliation.
Applicants must have experience in a similar role, ideally within a charity, and must have experience of using relevant finance systems such as Sage Line 50.
This role is based in their head offices in Sidcup and candidates must be able to start immediately or on short notice. In addition my client is flexible on hours and is happy to have someone work part time minimum of 21 hours or full time 35 hours a week.
