This is an ongoing interim Operations Administrator role working for a charity based in London.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Administrator will be responsible for;
- Processing invoices
- Completing payment runs - BACS & CHAPS payment
- Processing staff expenses
- Completing bank & supplier statement reconciliation
- Maintaining petty cash
- Maintaining files & documents including IT, HR and facilities ones
This is an ideal role for an Operations Administrator who has some experience in a similar role ideally within a charity. My client will also consider a finance graduate who is looking to start out and gain experience in finance.
