Finance Assistant

This is an immediate start on going interim Finance Assistant role working for a charity based near Camden station. Reporting to the Finance Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing all operational and transactional processes.

The Finance Assistant will be responsible for;

- Processing AP/AR invoices

- Processing payment runs

- Processing staff expenses

- Completing bank reconciliations

- Managing staff expenses

- Completing ad hoc reports

Applicants for the position of Finance Assistant must be immediately available and have experience in a similar role. Ideally applicants must have working knowledge of Sage or Xero.

My client is willing to offer flexible working and the successful Finance Assistant can work either 3,4, 5-day week.
