An ongoing charity of 13 people based a short walk from Aldgate station is looking for a part time Finance Administrator to join its finance team. The successful Finance Administrator will need to work a total 4 days (28 hours) a week and will have flexibility as to how they will spread the hours. Completing the 28 hours over 3 days a week is also a possibility.
Reporting to the Head of Finance you'll be required to process and managed all transactional and operational level duties including;
- Processing AP/AR invoices
- Processing payment runs
- Update payroll changes
- Accruals and Prepayments
- Support Credit Control
- Financial donor reports
- Support the preparation of quarterly accounts - P&L and balance Sheets
- Weekly and monthly reconciliation of bank, supplier statement and credit card reconciliations
- Assist in budget creation for proposals
Applicants for the position of Finance Administrator must have experience in a similar role, have experience of Xero or similar cloud-based accounting packages. You must be comfortable with large sets of data and be a competent user of Excel including Pivot Tables and V Look Ups.
