Working for a Mental Health Charity, and reporting to the Finance Manager you'll be responsible for the delivery of financial services across the business. You'll be required to process Purchase and Sales Ledger invoices, as well as assisting with month end processes including Bank reconciliations, supplier statement reconciliations.
You'll be responsible for handling all supplier queries, as well as maintaining petty cash, and processing staff expenses.
Applicants for this role must have experience in a similar role, ideally within a charity with high volume invoice processing. Prior knowledge and experience of an accounting package including Sage Line 50 is ideal but not essential. Good working knowledge of Excel is essential and applicants must be able to start immediately.
