This is an immediate start, on going interim role working for membership institution based in West London.
Working as part of a small team of 4 people the post holder will complete a variety of administrative duties across the membership and finance functions.
Duties will include, but will not be limited to;
- Dealing with member queries
- Processing physical and online membership requests
- Produce relevant certificates and complete registrations
- Manage all financial transactions for members including direct debits
- Process accounts payable & receivable invoices for services provided or used
- Work in conjunction with the accountants and complete monthly bank and general ledger reconciliation
Applicants must have experience in a similar role ideally within a membership institution, and experience with and working knowledge of CRM data bases such as IRIS, MS Dynamic is essential as is good ability with Excel.
