This is an immediate start on going interim Finance Administrator role working for a Membership organisation based in the city of London.
Reporting to the Finance Manager and working as part of team of 4 people your duties as the Finance Administrator will include;
- Processing Direct Debit payments for all members
- Adding and updating all payment methods and payment runs
- Handling all financial and direct debit queries
- Completing monthly membership reports
- Liaising with all internal and external stakeholders
- Completing monthly finance (income) and membership reconciliation, using different CRM and finance systems
This role will be for a period of 6 months, and my client is based a short walk from main Underground station in the City of London. If you are immediately available, have excellent attention to detail, knowledge of QuickBooks and have ideally worked in a membership organisation or not for profit organisation before you must not hesitated in applying for this role by sending your CV to finance@tpp.co.uk
