A large national Children’s Charity based in the East London/Essex borders is seeking an experience financial administrator to undertake a highly varied role. The role is focused on a project engaging young adults and care service leaders in the London Borough of Redbridge & Dagenham. The role is part-time for 18 hours per week.
The role will involve:
-Support Service Manager in ensuring financial targets are monitored, reported against and variances addressed
-Updating financial records
-Liaising with young adults on their financial records
-Ad-hoc facilities and office administration including liaising with landlords, reception and health & safety duties
-Have experience in a similar hybrid finance and administration role
-Have experience in a role involving financial
-Experience in Excel, Sage/Sun or similar accounting packages
-An interest in the charity sector
-Strong written and verbal communications
