A highly prestigious professional membership organisation is currently seeking a skilled and personable Facilities Manager for a 10/11 month maternity cover position in their central London office.
-Overseeing all health & safety issues
-Buildings maintenance – daily checks and snagging reports
-Contract negotiations and procurement with suppliers
-Managing one staff member
-Back of house facilities management and an hoc office management
-Building is owned by the organisation
The ideal candidate:
-Will have excellent communication skills, both written and orally
-Will be BIFM Level 3 / 4 qualified
-Will be IOSH / NEBOSH qualified
-Will have single site FM experience focused on buildings and health & safety (the organisation owns the building so experience in this environment is preferable)
-Will have staff management experience
