This is an immediate start on going interim Facilities Manager role working for an International Membership organisation based a very short walk away from London Bridge station.
Reporting to the HR Manager, working as the Facilities Manager you'll be responsible for managing all office facilities, delivering Facilities & H&S induction to new starters, as well helping coordinate and manage office projects and events.
In addition, the Facilities Manager will be responsible for leasing with building manager and ensuring that all fixtures fitting, maintenance and security issues are maintained and sorted. You will also be responsible for overseeing the receptionist and ensuring that the day to day running of the reception area is completed in an effective manner.
Applicants for this role must be immediately available, have a proven track record in facilities and or office management. Please note this is an immediate start, full time role, managing one site and the successful applicant is not required to work late or at weekends.
