I am working with a well known charity who are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Management Customer Service Assistant to cover a long-term temporary contract starting ASAP. The position of Facilities Management Customer Service Assistant will report into the Facilities Manager and work in their head office in East London.

Job requirements:

  • Work within the Facilities Management team assisting both the Facilities Manager and Head of Property
  • Providing first line support on internal helpdesk via phone and email
  • Carrying out monthly reconciliation of credit card statements
  • Assisting with setting up office equipment
  • Manage office diary
  • May be required to work weekends and evenings but not often
  • General stationery and ad-hoc duties

Skillset:

  • Ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a similar role
  • Be flexible and able to be on call as and when needed
  • Familiar with stock checking and managing stationary supplies
