Working for an Equal Opportunity Charity based in Central London you'll be responsible for providing general facilities/administrative supportive, ensuring the wider business is supported in delivering its services.
Reporting to the HR & Operations Manager, you'll work as part of a wider team of 3 people. Your duties will include but won't be limited to;
- Managing and distributing the post
- First point of contact for day to day facilities queries
- Managing office supplies, stock, and stationary delivery
- Assisting with the planning and organising of events related to the charities mission
This role is a newly created role and the successful candidate needs to have a flexible approach as this is a very varied role and no day will be the same.
