Our client, a leading charity that provides support and shelter for the homeless across London have a new opportunity available for an Administrator providing support to their facilities team. This will be based in their brand new office in South West London and is a permanent full time post.

Your main responsibilities as a Facilities Administrator will be:

Dealing with all maintenance queries and requests
Liaising with approved suppliers to get quotes, schedule work and order supplies
Keep all facilities systems up to date
Provide a first port of call service to staff and customers
Monitor customer satisfaction levels with maintenance
Provide clear communication and updates to staff and customers
Manage an appointment system and equipment on projects

As a Facilities Administrator, you will have the following essential criteria:

Experience of working in a maintenance/facilities/housing service
Comfortable in a customer facing environment
An awareness of the challenges faced by homeless and vulnerable people
Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing tasks
Good communication skills both orally, written and electronic
Experience managing own time and workload
