An established charity based in London is seeking a strong manager to lead their Face to Face Fundraising team.
Main duties for the Face to Face Team Coordinator:
Management and development of 20 staff
Coordinating and managing workloads and rotas- organising cover when required
Develop performance targets
Work with managers and HR to ensure policies are in place
Work with training managers to devise induction and training programmes
Manage weekly timesheets
Liaise with IOF and manage all feedback and queries
Research growth areas of future face to face fundraising activities
Essential criteria for the Face to Face Team Coordinator:
Staff management experience
Previous experience of setting and managing performance related objectives
Strong organisational skills
Understanding of fundraising regulator codes of practices
Excellent communication skills
Strong knowledge of MS office
Strong sales or F2F experience
