TPP are partnering with a leading international aid charity to recruit for a Face to Face Manager. The role is based in London, paying £42,945, working 40 hours a week on a 10-month contract (with possible extension).
This vital organisation provides emergency aid and relief to poor socioeconomic areas and communities across the world. They have humanitarian projects across 34 countries with around 40,000 staff across the globe providing support.
The Fundraising Department is responsible for generating all UK income for the organisation and consists of several sub-fundraising divisions including the Campaigns team which this role sits with. You will report into the Campaigns Manager and you will manage the F2F Team Coordinator and F2F Development Coordinator.
The job purpose of the Face to Face Manager is to lead the recruitment of monthly donors by the organisation's Face to Face in-house team. You will be responsible for the development, planning and implementation of the F2F fundraising strategy. You will work in collaboration with the CM to manage the F2F budget, ensuring regular monitoring of expenditure as well as the performance of the team against agreed targets.
To be successful in this role you will have significant experience of Face to Face fundraising with a strong income track record. You will have people and budget management experience, along with excellent interpersonal skills. Finally, you will be a good problem-solver with the ability to think laterally to identify and respond quickly to new opportunities.
