A national vocational awarding body are recruiting for an External Quality Assurance Manager to manage the EQA Team to ensuring products, services and Assessor and Internal Quality Assurers requirements are being delivered in line with required quality standards
As someone with experience of working within Industry in at least a Level 3 occupation, as well as holding an IQA, V2 or D Unit equivalence with CPD evidence of upskilling or LLUK units 006 /007/008
and a qualification related to a variety of sectors e.g. Engineering, Building Service, Rail Industry you will be the key interface between the organisation and its customers, acquire an in-depth knowledge of their business objectives, needs, challenges, personalities and decision makers and use this knowledge to grow profitable business to ensure the company is their Assessment Organisation of choice.
You will also have excellent management skills in order to manage a team of field based External Quality Assurers to ensure products and services are being delivered in line with required quality standards, regulatory requirements and Centre recognition requirements and policies
This role will also be responsible for ensuring that the assessments on all EPAs are carried out to a high standard in accordance with all appropriate internal and external requirements and support the recruitment and selection of independent End Point Assessors and Internal Quality Assurers.
