Our client, a national health charity, has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced office coordinator to join them as a Executive Team Coordinator. This role will be for a one year maternity cover contract, based in London and also offers flexible working.

Key responsibilities for this Executive Team Coordinator role:

Provide general office support to the CEO and Senior Management Team
Help with diary management, travel arrangements and admin
Provide adhoc project support to various teams across the organisation
Use, review and maintain related areas of the intranet, database and website
Be a point of contact for enquiries and engagement for the senior team
Coordinate internal and external meetings where necessary
Provide support on presentations and document preparation

Essential criteria for the Executive Team Coordinator role:

Experience of working in a busy office environment in a similar role
Demonstrable ability in providing diary support at least to Director level
Outstanding communication and written skills at various engagement levels
Experience of taking meeting notes and drafting documents for management
Comfortable with using IT packages including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Excellent time management and organisation skills as a natural multitasker
Able to act with tact, diplomacy and confidentiality and deal with sensitive issues
