Paddington Sports Club has been hosting social and high-level sport in Maida Vale since 1905. With top of the range tennis facilities, two squash courts, a bowls section with over 100 years of heritage, a gym and fitness classes, the Club also hosts several tournaments and corporate events. The Club has an ambitious growth strategy and as such is now looking for a Director to lead the organisation forward.

In conjunction with its engaged Board and staff, the Executive Director will lead PSC across all areas of a thriving operation, ensuring that players and members are supported, and that the organisation is a financially sound and growing business. Specific projects will include an upgrade of facilities and engagement with the wider community through partnerships and promotion.

With a proven track record at both a strategic and operational level, you will ideally have an accounting or business qualification. An all-rounder, you will have been responsible for business and financial planning, budgeting, and have reported to boards or committees ideally within the sport and leisure industry. You will need excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to working with an organisation that operates seven days a week.
