TPP are working on behalf of a leading national charity committed to helping children and adults with learning disabilities to recruit an Executive Care Lead. This is a permanent position looking to pay circa £60,000 per annum plus an attractive benefits package. It will be based out of Milton Keynes and responsible for mulitple locations across Hertfordshire too.

This is a strategic executive lead who will be the Responsible Individual who will lead a team to deliver outstanding quality care and support. They will work closely with all teams in in the Children's homes, the School, families, carers and the wider community, sharing the vision of the organisation and children's homes.

This person will have demonstrative extensive experience of leading large and multi-functional staff teams in this environment. They will be able to demonstrate a calm and organised approach to working under pressure and be able to work flexibly. They will need to have excellent written and verbal communications skills and to regularly travel between the sites and Central Office.

Key essential criteria:

  • Hold Level 5 in Children and Young People's Residential Management or equivalent as a minimum
  • Demonstrable experience working at senior management level in a residential setting
