A Professional Body based in central london has an exciting opportunity for an experienced EA/PA to come on board to join their brand new Chief Executive on a permanent basis.
Main duties for the EA to Chief Executive:
Provide full administrative and organisation support to the Chief Executive.
Stakeholder engagement across all facets of the organisation as a main POC.
Manage the directors inbox and delivering effective gatekeeping.
Prepare presentation material, minutes, drafting agendas and meeting arranging.
Draft correspondence for the director.
Assist with events, seminars and adhoc projects.
Budget management and Diary management.
Essential criteria for the EA to Chief Executive:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to plan organise work load for others.
Experience of drafting and proof reading documents.
Ability to coordinate and plan meetings.
Senior level PA experience and background in a Membership/Professional Body.
Committee administration experience is highly desirable.
