TPP are delighted to be working with a Hospice to recruit an Executive Assistant for Income Generation and Legacy.

This role is newly created to support with administration duties to the Income Generation and Legacy teams.

This post will involve mix of high-level administrative and supportive duties for the Income Generation Director and the Income Generation Team including organising workloads and deadlines, diary management
and ensuring the team function smoothly and in a well organised manner.

The role will also incorporate leading on the administration for all legacy gifts and managing an active legacy caseload, liaising with solicitors, producing reports and ensuring the Income Generation Director has full oversight of the active legacy position, highlighting any complex or complicated estates that will require senior management input.

The post holder will have significant experience in an administrative role, ideally at a senior management level, understanding the confidentiality and sensitive information flows between senior leadership and
teams. The post holder will need to be well organised, resilient and able to assess and prioritise significant volumes of material whilst managing a wide variety of tasks. They will possess highly developed levels of
confidentiality, tact, diplomacy and political insight. They will also have proven experience in supporting project management.

Some of the responsibilities will include:
 Support the Income Generation Director with high-level administrative tasks including organising workloads and deadlines, diary management and ensuring the Income Generation team function smoothly and in a well organised manner.
 Undertake electronic diary management ensuring effective use of the Income Generation Director's time and that they are fully informed and prepared for meetings.

 Ensure that all incoming correspondence is dealt with in a timely manner, ensuring adequate decision making process is followed.
 Set up new legacy files as notified on to the database, saving relevant paper work as per legacy filing and keeping the active legacy log up to date.

 Ensure all of your activities are compliant with IOF, Charity commission, GDPR, hospice policies and any other compliance bodies that may be appropriate, depending on activity.
 To administrate and organise own work to ensure that it is accurate and meets quality targets, reasonable deadlines and reporting requirements

The successful candidate will have:
Significant experience in an administrative role
Experience of drafting reports and presentations
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience of working with CRM/Database systems
Able to prioritise and organise own workload
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel/Outlook)
Ability to provide professional, empathetic and confident customer service
