A renowned postgraduate University is looking for an Executive Assistant to the Dean and Deputy Director on a temporary basis. The Executive Assistant plays a central role in enabling the University to meet its academic ambitions and obligations by working alongside the Dean & Deputy Director to plan, develop and deliver their duties and responsibilities successfully.

You will be a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, as well as providing comprehensive administrative and operation support to the Dean and undertaking research for and preparing drafts of projects, committee papers and information for working groups. You will arrange and coordinate meetings, take minutes and ensure the smooth running of the Dean's office. You will also be providing administrative support within another department for one day a week.

In order to make a success of the role, you will have demonstrable administrative and organisational experience within Higher Education, as well as excellent writing and communication skills. You will be able to prioritise tasks using your own initiative and you will have supported at a senior level previously.
