A leading financial professional body are recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant. This is a permanent full time role based within the square mile and is an excellent opportunity, with a negotiable salary.
Key responsibilities for the Executive Assistant role:
Extensive diary management for a frequent flyer CEO
Be a main point of contact for the executive office
Help manage key stakeholders including committee support
Manage CEO's email correspondence and record keeping
Arrange meetings including conference call meetings with multiple locations involved
Assist the Company Secretary with Governance upkeep
Essential criteria for the Executive Assistant role:
Your extensive experience as a EA to CEO will provide you the key skills you will need to manage your time in this fast paced and busy role. Being used to engaging with high profile corporate stakeholders will be essential for smoothly organising and delivery of your daily responsibilities. You will need to demonstrate working in an identical role, especially around managing a busy itinerary for a frequently travelling CEO. As well as, demonstrating providing a high quality of EA support to a CEO working predominantly remotely, with you being a main point of contact for the executive office.
