A well-established membership organisation is seeking a highly professional Executive Assistant to join their medium sized organisation, the successful candidate will have previous experience of supporting at a senior level.

Main duties for the Professional Executive Assistant:

To manage the CEO's inbox and all incoming queries
Diary management
Travel coordination
Preparation for board and Directors meetings
Act as a gatekeeper
Produce agendas and attend meetings
Support the CEO and SMT office

Essential criteria for the Professional Executive Assistant:
Extensive experience supporting at a senior level
Excellent communication skills
Experience of managing conflicting busy diaries
Committee management experience
Minute taking experience
