A well-known membership organisation is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support 4 Directors within their communications division.

Main duties for the Executive Assistant:
Complex diary management
Managing incoming enquiries/ calls for the Directors
Preparation for meetings
Minute taking and agenda setting
Managing the team attendance
Administration for the team
Proof reading documents as required
Committee management
Provide support around event management
Supporting managers with recruitment administration and setting up interviews
Produce reports and stats
Dealing with general membership enquires

Essential criteria for the Executive Assistant:
Previous experience of supporting senior directors
Ability to support multiple people
Previous experience of managing complex diaries
Previous committee management experience
Ability to liaise and negotiate with external suppliers
