An established national charity is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their Director of Fundraising. The successful candidate will have extensive experience of supporting at a senior level.
Main duties for the Executive Assistant to the Director of Fundraising:
First point of contact, gatekeeping and managing enquiries on behalf of the director
Preparation of PowerPoint presentations and other materials
Monitor processes and instigate plans for development
Liaises with trustees and the CEO as required
Coordinate meeting and collating papers and producing agenda
Provide support around internal communications
Essential criteria for the Executive Assistant to the Director of Fundraising:
Strong diary management experience
Previous experience of supporting a senior manager/ director
Extensive experience of PowerPoint
Ability to work on own initiative
Excellent organisational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
