This is a unique opportunity to join a Higher Education Students Union based in West London as Executive Administrative Assistant. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months with an immediate start. The role supports the Senior Leadership Team with particular responsibility for providing high quality support to Board meetings. You will be a confident communicator with proven experience of diary management, administrative and secretarial support to Senior Executives including taking minutes. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide full and proactive administrative and organisational support to the Chief Executive, Deputy Chief Executive, Head of Finance and three Senior Elected Officers, including effective diary and inbox management.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team in the management of Board of Trustee meetings and Leadership team meetings, providing full administrative and secretarial support to the board meetings, including drafting agendas, collating and sending out questions/papers, confirming timings, book meeting rooms, ensuring appropriate IT equipment is in place and operating, taking minutes/actions, tracking outcomes against actions.
- Act as the first point of contact for communication between external parties and the President, Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executive.
- Contribute to the Office & People teams strategic and operational planning

This role comes with an immediate start although due to the Christmas period they are flexible in considering a January start.
