Examinations Quality and Standards Manager

A leading medical membership organisation in central London who train, support and develop healthcare professionals in the UK, are recruiting now for an Examinations Quality and Standards Manager.

The role will be appointed on a 12 month fixed term contract initially and will require a mix of office working in central London and home working throughout the week.

As the Examinations Quality and Standards Manager, you'll lead on the quality and maintenance of standards for the high-stakes postgraduate medical examinations delivered by the organisation. Working with the Head of Examinations and the Assurance Team, you'll drive quality improvements in written and clinical examinations for the college and its faculties.

To be considered, you will have sound knowledge, understanding and experience relating to the principles of assessment and quality assurance processes and frameworks within a further, higher or postgraduate education setting. You'll have good project management skills at a senior level with the ability to implement new systems and work with a wide range of people internal and external to the organisation. Knowledge of UK Postgraduate Medical Education is an advantage but certainly not essential.
