A leading medical membership organisation in central London are looking to recruit an Examinations Projects Officer on a maternity cover contract for 11 months, starting as soon as possible or in the New Year.
Your role as Examinations Projects Officer is to coordinate strategic projects within the Examinations Department. You'll instigate changes and improvements by working collaboratively with examiners, overseas partners and suppliers to push forward new initiatives to improve the overall effectiveness and value of the examinations.
Your two main areas of responsibility will be to;
a) Lead on improvements for the delivery of examinations where you will review and advise on delivery providers, venues and invigilators and current arrangements with overseas partners to ensure best value and service, and to harmonise the examination processes.
b) Coordinate examination quality and candidate capacity improvement projects by working with team members to ensure standards of reliability and validity are met and by advising the Examinations Manager and examination boards/committees.
As the Examinations Projects Officer, you'll have experience of both project management methodologies and principles, as well as experience of working within an examination or assessment setting. It is essential that you can demonstrate experience of identifying improvements to ways of working and can communicate your ideas effectively.
