We are working with a national Awarding Body to recruit an Examinations Development & Delivery Coordinator to join their team.

Working closely with the Examinations Manager, you will assist with the successful delivery of end-to-end operational examination processes including exam creation, candidate and examiner management, delivery schedules, processing results, assessment maintenance, quality reviews and incident management.

You will play a key role in the development of multiple-choice question (MCQ) examinations and contribute to the quality assurance of examinations and assessments delivered to all customers. Key responsibilities include:
* Liaising with subject matter experts to develop new exams and maintain existing onscreen and paper-based exam item banks.
* Working with examiners to edit and proof examination questions.
* Planning, coordinating and monitoring the development and delivery of examinations and work with the Examinations Manager to ensure exams and assessments are in line with regulatory compliance.
* Assisting with the arranging and delivering of training sessions, meetings and other relevant events.

In order to make a success of this role, you will have relevant experience of the development and delivery of all stages of the assessment cycle for written exams, as well as experience of onscreen testing systems and software. You will have a sound understanding of different assessment methods and an understanding of statistical information in relation to item and test performance.

The team are working remotely at the moment and once the office is open they will carry on with a flexible working arrangement. While the position is a fixed term contract, it does have the potential to be extended or become permanent.
