A professional association who provide legal experts with lifelong professional development are now recruiting for an Examinations Coordinator. This is a permanent role, with a salary of £26k - £28k p.a appointed on experience and skills.

Benefits include a mix of home and office based working in central London and flexible working hours.

As the Examinations Coordinator, working within the Qualifications Team, your role will be to provide candidates with excellent service through administering the organisation's examinations. This includes question paper production, processing candidate registrations, processing candidate payments, arranging meetings and booking exam venues, supporting examiners and invigilators, overseeing the marking process and post results processes as well as updating the website information.

You will also deal with queries via email and via telephone, responding or redirecting them to the appropriate person as well as attend committee meetings and take minutes as required.

To be considered, you will have high levels of administration and IT skills along with experience dealing with customers or learners, preferably within a further, higher or professional education setting. This role will be suited to someone who has good people skills with knowledge or the willingness to learn the requirements of qualifications and professional assessments. You will have a passion for education shaping the lives of people.
