An internationally acclaimed awarding body are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join the Exams team as an Exam Assistant.
This role will be joining a fast paced and dynamic team where high levels of accuracy and communication are required. The responsibilities include preparing and dispatching examination packs, checking and logging returned packs, scanning and verifying results and preparing certificates for dispatch.
As someone who ideally has an understanding of examinations processes and experience of working in a busy office environment with general office and administration skills you will be part of a supportive team and wider examinations department who operate on an global basis to deliver first class assessments.
This role will also need you to be confident on IT systems such as computer based assessment platforms and CRMs and databases.
You will have a high attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in order to ensure that all schedules, examination documentation and reviews of remotely invigilated exams are carried out to regulated standards.
You will also be well organised and have excellent communication skills to ensure the correct dispatch or examination packs and certificates as well as deliver exceptional customer service.
