A leading medical membership body in central London are looking for an Examinations Administrator to support candidates register, apply for, and sit their exams in the UK and in a number of overseas countries.
While the role will initially be home-based, the organisation envisage a blended approach of office and home-based working (3 days in London/2 days at home) from September this year.
As the Examinations Administrator, you'll be responsible for all aspects of your designated examinations delivery including administration, supporting quality assurance and adhering to exam processes and procedures. You'll also deal with the exam results, complaints and appeals.
Supporting candidates right from application through to results, this role involves a high level of attention to detail and an ability to manage your own workload, working independently as well as part of a team.
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have experience of dealing with a high volume of work in a cyclical work pattern, e.g., university registry, admissions, assessments etc. You will have excellent communication skills including report writing skills and will have an ability to maintain high standards of accuracy while dealing with information and data.
Experience in examinations administration or working in a membership body or education and training environment would be an asset.
