Events Officer

We are currently working with a unique Cancer charity in heart of the North West. They strive to help families affected by cancer and other life limiting conditions living in the local area. With over 30 years of experience, this inspirational charity has helped over 25,000 local people affected by cancer and other life limiting conditions.

Whilst no two days are ever the same, the team are always committed to the charity's vision, that local people of all ages affected by the impact of cancer and other life limiting conditions, can access and receive free professional help and support whenever they need it.

As Events Officer, you will use your talents to develop and deliver a diverse and successful events calendar for the charity that raises funds, increases awareness and support for this amazing organization. You will use your creativity to research for potential new events to add to the calendar. As Events Fundraiser, you will work closely with the fundraising teams to cross promote other fundraising products to events participants to further increase the revenue for the team.

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 pro rata (depending on experience)

Location: Lancaster

Hours: 28 hours
