A well-established health membership organisation is seeking an Events Executive to join their team for a 1 year contract, the successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and have a strong background within events management.
Main duties for the Events Executive:
Management and delivery of courses, conferences and events
Advising and supporting with queries from members unsure on what courses to attend
Keep accurate financial records and expenditure of events
Prepare spreadsheets for events and finance teams
Negotiate contracts with external suppliers
Ensure health and safety is paramount when organising events
Essential criteria for the Events Executive:
Previous experience of managing and coordinating events
Strong administration and communication skills
Excellent MS office skills
Ability to problem solve
