TPP are delighted to be working with a professional membership body to recruit an Events Executive to work within their Member services department.

Are you personable and have excellent communication skills? Are you organised and have good time management skills?

This exciting opportunity would suit someone with at least 3 years experience of orgainisng and delivering events. Virtual and face to face.

The main purpose of this role:
To provide organisational and administrative support to the annual programme of events with a primary focus on the regions.

Some of the responsibilities would include:
To co-ordinate the delivery and administration of regional events to support the annual events programme (40 + events).
Event brief received, reviewed and approved. Events are added to Pro 9 database and added to website.
Process any manual bookings.
Respond to queries in events inbox or forward to relevant team member/department.
Review the number of delegates booked on each event and provide weekly update to line manager and regions.
Delegate list produced for each event and shared with event lead and where applicable, sponsors, speakers and internal departments.
Face to face events - delegate badges produced for each event and sent to regional contact/venue (where required).
Sourcing and negotiating venue contracts and external suppliers. Liaise with venues and suppliers regarding timings, delegate numbers, catering and audio-visual requirements.
marketing collateral to and from venues.
Delivery of virtual events - organise and attend pre-event dry-run with presenters/hosts. Ensure presentations are submitted within agreed time in advance of each event. Prepare and send joining instructions to attendees. Attend and support live event.
Post event - send out feedback survey and update status of each delegate on Pro 9 database to confirm attendance and issue CPE certificate.
