We are working with a fantastic health organisation based in Harrow to recruit an Events Coordinator, the successful candidate will have previous experience managing and coordinating conferences and events.
Main duties for the Events Coordinator:
Logistically deliver the event portfolio on time and within budget
Manage supplier relationships
Source and negotiate with new suppliers
Ensure so smooth communication across all departments
Work with marketing to attract more visitors to events
Maintain systems for tracking performance
Set up and manage tender processes
Essential criteria for the Events Coordinator:
Strong events coordination experience
Previous experience of managing budgets
Ability to negotiate and build relationships with internal and external suppliers
