Within this busy and varied events role, you can expect to get involved in the following member-orientated programmes, especially relating to the various volunteer-led SIG's (special interest groups)....
- Managing membership data
- Supporting venue-finding and catering for SIG events
- Setting up events on the central IRM event booking system
- Promoting events via email and social media
- Updating SIG activity on website and social media sites (LinkedIn) up-to-date
- Liaising with SIG leaders on potential speakers.
Distributing presentation material before and after meetings
Increasing attendance by members and non-members at SIG events
Working with the Head of Marketing & Communications on the publication of thought leadership and/or practical guidance output
To work with internal stakeholders to
develop a programme for the annual conference, liaise with speakers and execute all necessary logistics
manage the annual Graduation, Awards Ceremony, Annual Lecture and AGM as required
To develop, manage and grow an innovative new programme of events (e.g. networking events and conferences) to improve the company's service-offering to IRM customers
