A dynamic NFP organisation are seeking an experienced Events Administrator to join their events team, the successful candidate will have strong administration skills with the knowledge of using online booking systems.
Main duties for the Events Administrator:
Maintain event management and registration systems
To administer the events section within the website
Upload details to event microsites
Send feedback forms and produce reports on stats
Create and build relationships with suppliers
Undertake research into new systems
Provide event administration and support when required
Essential criteria for the Events Administrator:
Previous experience of using event or booking management systems - Cvent
Understanding of events and conference industry
Excellent administration skills
Excellent communication skills
