One person in five in the UK is affected by lung disease. Millions more are at risk. The British Lung Foundation is here for every one of them. We support people affected by lung disease, so that no one has to face it alone. We promote greater understanding of lung disease and campaign for change in the nation's lung health. We fund vital research so that new treatments and cures can help to save lives.
We are looking to recruit an Event & Community Volunteer working in the Events and Community team based at the BLF's head office in Clerkenwell, London. You will provide administrative support as well as have the opportunity to help local delivery (London) of the BLF's events and campaigns.
You will need to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week for at least three months and in return you will gain valuable experience working in the charity sector.
Travel expenses of up to a maximum of £12 per day will be reimbursed.

Salary: Voluntary, with travel expenses paid up to £12 per day
