We are working with a fantastic globally recognised health charity who are seeking a Evaluation and Impact Manager to join their team in Central London.
Main duties for the Evaluation and Impact Manager:
Ensure the charity has appropriate and robust systems in place for collection of impact information.
Working closely with the Grants team to agree robust outcome and baseline measures for reporting.
Responsible for gathering of impact information across the charity's priority areas.
Coordinating information gathering and developing a schedule of reporting for each area.
Identify any emerging trends or patterns within or across charitable areas.
Present data and translate it in a way that is accessible.
Lead on sourcing accurate and evidenced facts and statistics.
Updating donors on the impact of their gift, communications and fundraising activity.
Essential criteria for the Evaluation and Impact Manager:
Experience in a relevant comparative role with a similar focus in charitable funding.
Experience of evaluating impact of charitable funding.
Ability to analyse large amounts of data and present in a non-technical manner.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
A broad understanding of fundraising in the charity sector.
