I am working exclusively with a world-famous membership organisation on a permanent Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Transformation Lead position. The organisation has over 45,000 members worldwide and was founded over 150 years ago. The organisation promotes the practice of construction and building for the benefit of society. They also accredit university degrees, training and educational courses.

The organisation is located in Bracknell, Berkshire but has offices across the UK including one in London. They are going through an exciting period of change and this is an integral role which will help drive the organisation forward. You must be an excellent public speaker with a strong external D&I focus.

The purpose of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Transformation Lead role job is to transform the organisations D&I both in the UK and globally. You will work across all areas of the organisation, pushing best practice, delivering on cultural change and propelling the organisation forward by making it a more inclusive environment to work in. You will educate, train and challenge all employees (including the Leadership team) to ensure that D&I is at the forefront of everything the organisation does both internally and externally.

The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Transformation Lead will report back to the Leadership team with findings, ensuring that targets and goals are met. You will have the opportunity to travel when safe to do so as well.

If you are a passionate senior D&I candidate, have extensive experience supporting at a very high level and have excellent interpersonal skills this could be the role for you. This is an exciting permanent opportunity where you will be able to leave a legacy and future proof the organisation for years to come. You must be results driven and have a track record of completing long term D&I projects.
