EPA Training and Development Manager- Home Based

An award winning awarding body are recruiting for an EPA Training and Development Manager to plan, design, test and implement a programme of training for Independent Assessors for
Apprenticeships (IAAs) while ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements as an assessment organisation.

As someone who has experience working in a compliance role within apprenticeships, and therefore having knowledge of the regulations governing apprenticeships in the UK you will responsible for developing, testing, implementing, delivering and regularly reviewing training for IAAs to enable them to assess apprenticeships in line with the requirements of published standards and assessment plans.

You will use your understanding of End Point Assessors to ensure that the organisation complies with regulatory requirements as an EP Assessment Centre and provide management reports as required internally and externally.

As someone with excellent communication and project management skills, you will have responsibility for one staff member and between you provide a responsive and high quality point of contacts for IAA's, EPA's and external stakeholders. You will also developer training as well as approve and standardise all recruitment and testing of IAA's in order to approve all new colleagues, and ensure that new and existing colleagues are aligned to current strategy, regulation and best practise.
