A wellbeing community focused trust has an excellent opportunity for an experienced project professional used to working on behavioural change programmes who has an Environmental background. This is a permanent full time role based in west London.

Have you worked on any projects/programmes focused on a community living in a green and healthy environment?
Do you have experience of implementing behavioural change programmes?

Key responsibilities for the Environment Manager:

Manage agreed projects, including flagship initiatives
Identify opportunities for partnership working with local organisations
Ensure delivery of environmental and sustainability education sessions to schools and community events
Input into the development and delivery of an environmental strategy
Work with academic partners to identify ways to reduce the impact of air pollution
Deliver education and awareness campaigns on air quality issues

Essential criteria for the Environment Manager role:

Experience of devising, overseeing and managing environmental improvement programmes
Experience of working with local communities to deliver environmental activities
Excellent IT skills, ability to gather information and report meaningful outputs
Team working and influencing skills with an eye for detail
Comparable professional experience in grant making would be desirable
Demonstrative understanding of the needs of diverse communities
