TPP are currently working with a youth charity to recruit their Engagement Diversity & Inclusion Manager for a 15-month FTC paying up to £31,140.00.
Our client is really excited about this newly created position which will be an integral role for organisational development initiatives throughout the charity and creating a culture of engagement, diversity and inclusion
*Design and delivery of engagement, inclusion and diversity agendas, ensuring they are successfully implemented and are in line with their strategic goals.
*Working with teams across the organisation, you will support a programme of continuous improvement and innovation.
*You will focus on introducing initiatives which foster a high-performance diverse culture, where learning, continuous improvement and innovation are the norm.
*Working closely with the Innovation team and People and Learning Business Partnering team you will identify opportunities for organisational improvement and turn those opportunities into solutions
*Managing internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and coordinating with internal resources, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a high profile role.
*You will ensure employee engagement surveys and schemes are effectively conducted, outputs reviewed, and solutions implemented
*Demonstrate a solution focused approach for organisational development initiatives
*Data analysis and evaluation to develop and implement strategies and solutions to create an engaging and inclusive work environment
*Ensuring the employer brand and recruitment strategies are developed to appeal to a broader, more diverse talent pool
