End Point Assessment Officer

A Professional Membership Association dedicated to the advancement and development of professionals in the STEM industry, are recruiting for an End Point Assessment (EPA) Officer.

This is a full time, permanent role due to growth in the team. The organisation can offer flexible working hours and regular home working, up to 4 days per week.

As an approved EPA organisation for new Apprenticeship Standards in STEM related training, the organisation work with industry partners in creating world class training for the STEM sector, specifically in Aerospace, Aviation and Engineering.

As the EPA Officer, you'll work closely with the EPA Manager, assisting them to ensure high quality end point assessments for apprentices. You'll use your organisation skills to manage a busy and varied workload which will include being the first point of contact for all new enquiries, responding to employers and training providers, setting up workshops and training sessions, coordinating EPA materials and assessment tools and preparing reports and statistical analyses for key stakeholders and financial reporting.

You will also use your Excel and data management skills to update and maintain records such as assessment dates, apprentice outcomes and quality assurance processes using data management systems.

Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders will be important as you will regularly liaise with and report to industry partners, government bodies, apprentices and trainers in this role.

To be considered, you'll have administrative experience within education and training, apprenticeships, quality assurance or a similar field. You may have experience within a college, training provider, university, training division of an employer or professional body for example. An interest or experience in STEM education will be advantageous.
