We are working with a professional body to recruit for an End Point Assessment (EPA) Manager on a permanent basis. The organisation is predominantly working remotely but do have offices in South London should you want to go in. This role can be done on a part-time or full-time basis, preferably either 28 hours or 35 hours per week but the organisation is open to discussions on this.
As the End Point Assessment Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of all processes and materials relating to the End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) and to drive revenue and maintain regulatory compliance. You will develop ongoing relationships with apprenticeship providers, supporting continuous process development of the EPA service offered and develop/ maintain relationships with employers. The End Point Assessment Manager will also manage a coordinator and recruit and oversee assessors.
This role will also support the review and development of new and existing apprenticeship standards, including an exciting project to develop a new standard that you will spearhead. As well as ensuring you remain compliant with Ofqual, you will also design and deliver bi-annual standardisation meetings for the assessor team.
