A national charity committed to supporting those with barriers relating to disability, health and those in disadvantaged circumstances to find employability, independence and greater inclusion in society are looking to recruit an Employer Engagement Consultant in the Thames Valley regions. This is a fixed term contract until the end of September 2017.

The charity enables learners who experience disadvantage to gain work experience and employment to develop key skills that will enable them to progress in their chosen careers. Employer Engagement Consultants will seek out employers and present bespoke recruitment solutions that will include Traineeship and Apprenticeship offers for learners, meeting predetermined service delivery levels and vacancy / outcome targets.
The successful candidate will have the following essential skills and attributes:
- Information, Advice and Guidance qualification or willingness to work towards.
- Experience of building networks and establishing contacts.
- Experience in either customer services, recruitment, marketing and/or sales.
- Success when working to targets.
- Experience of working in the Apprenticeship industry.
