This well-established London based education charity is currently seeking to employ an experienced Employer Engagement Manager on a permanent basis based in East London.

This is a pivotal role within the organisation, and the successful candidate will have the skills to source and secure opportunities in small, medium, and large sized organisations across London. These opportunities will primarily be focused around apprentiships, and therefore the right candidate will have detailed experience of these, however could also include training programmes and employment.

With a focus on developing relationships, the post sits within a team with a focus on delivering a high quality apprentiship experience for both the learner as well as the employer who may not have offered this previously.

This is a medium sized charity (120 employees), with an inclusive and progressive working culture. With a new CEO at the helm, his focus is to invest organically within the organisation and put his staff first. The role offers flexible working and a very attractive holiday allowance.

You will enjoy the benefits of working within an organisation that exudes genuine passion for their cause and could volunteer at several external events. No matter what level of seniority in the organisation, what they do and the impact they make in the community is widely felt.
