A national charity committed to supporting those with barriers relating to disability, health and those in disadvantaged circumstances to find employability, independence and greater inclusion in society are looking to recruit an Employer Account Manager on their Work Programme. This is a permanent position paying £35k.

The Employer Account Manager will be responsible for developing employer partnerships. This will include winning, growing and retaining new and existing employer partnerships, ensuring delivery of timely and quality service. Taking the lead to develop networks and manage internal and external alliances, the role will to engage employers to increase employment prospects for their clients on the work programme. This will include working to targets
The succesulf candidate will have:
Advanced recruitment and/or business to business sales
Motivated by working to targets
Advanced presentation and pitch skills
Excellent reporting and analysis skills
Excellent knowledge of current recruitment practise
